Discover resources that your little library card has access to! GVPL Public Librarians Vruti Patel and Leah Pearse will show participants physical collections and help navigate digital collections. We encourage the audience to bring their smartphone or e-reader to the session. We'll also give you some of our favourite book recommendations.

Vruti Patel
Vruti Patel has been with Greater Victoria Public Library since 2009. As a Public Services Librarian for the Westshore District, her passion is to connect people to resources that are easily and readily available to library users. She loves the outdoors and hiking and at best, being a total couch potato with a cozy book and snacks.

Leah Pearse
Leah is a Public Services Librarian at the Nellie McClung branch and has been working at the Greater Victoria Public Library for close to 15 years. She knew she was meant to become a librarian because of her love of tea and her ever growing cardigan collection.
